First and foremost we hope you’re all healthy and safe. As we navigate through this difficult time together, we just wanted to let you know how we personally will be dealing with this situation.
Health and wellbeing is of the upmost importance and so we have introduced additional hygiene procedures across all operations. Including the packaging of your jewellery in a contact free experience. The whole BB team from production to packing is working from home as grand supporters of the #STAYATHOME movement.
In everyone's interest, deliveries will no longer require a signature. The post-man will place your item at the doorstep, knock and wait at a safe distance for you to answer and retrieve your parcel. Unfortunately, during this time, Special Delivery by 1pm is no longer a guaranteed next-day service.
We can’t do much to raise your spirits, except share beautiful jewels, motivational quotes and the occasional happy dog video, but we have decided to offer FREE delivery on all UK orders for your shopping pleasure.
It’s a strange and unknown territory for us all, and we will keep you updated if any of our plans change. However for now, it’s business as usual.
